Tripiti
The village of Tripiti is located on the northwestern part of Milos Island, 2 km from the main town of Plaka, close to the ancient city, the catacombs (they are among the most important of Early Christian monuments) and Klima. In Tripiti, visitors may admire the imposing church of Agios Nikolaos, built in 1880. On the hillside above the village there are several picturesque windmills and although once used to grind wheat, they are now being adapted to provide natural summer accommodation, as they have been converted in lodging units. The hill - where Tripiti is located - offers fantastic sea view to the Aegean Sea.
