How to reach Tinos
You can get to Tinos only by ship.
You can take the ferry from Piraeus (5 hours trip) or Rafina (4 hours trip) in Attica and from Thessaloniki, in Macedonia (12 hours trip).

Moreover, there are several itineraries from Rafina to the island of Tinos with speedboats, during the summer period. There are daily departures during all seasons from all ports.

Tinos has a road web that connects all important villages, so you will easily tour the island. You can rent a car from the capital or take the bus (KTEL). In Hora, the capital, you will find pharmacies and a health center and in other villages community clinics.
